Thailand

Thailand (514,000 sq km) is a constitutional monarchy country in South-East Asia. With great food, fascinating culture and great beaches, Thailand is a magnet for travellers. The culture of Thailand incorporates a great deal of influence from India, China, Cambodia, and the rest of Southeast Asia. Thailand's main theology Theravada Buddhism is central to modern Thai identity and belief.

Thailand has tropical climate and characterized by monsoons. The north of the country is mountainous (highest point is Doi Inthanon: 2,565 m). The northeast, Isan, consists of the Khorat Plateau, bordered to the east by the Mekong river. The centre of the country is dominated by the flat Chao Phraya river valley. The south consists of the narrow Kra Isthmus. Thailand has coasts on the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand.

We can find almost anything in this country, from the thick green jungle to the crystal blue beaches. Thailand is also famous for its food that can curl our tongue.
